Terms of Service

meta-auto-live ("the Service") is a private tool operated by its sole user. These terms apply to the operator’s use of the Service and to anyone whose interactions with the operator’s connected Meta accounts are processed by the Service.

1. Permitted use

• The operator may use the Service only to manage Instagram Business and Facebook Page accounts they own or are authorized to administer.
• The Service is not offered for resale and is not multi-tenant. There is no signup, no paid plan, and no service-level agreement.

2. Meta Platform Terms

The Service relies on the Meta Graph API. Its use is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms and the Developer Policies. If those terms ever conflict with anything written here, the Meta terms take precedence for any Meta-related conduct.

3. Content and auto-replies

• Content published through the Service is the operator’s own. The operator is solely responsible for caption text, media, and the appropriateness of scheduled publish times.
• Auto-generated replies are produced by a large language model grounded in the operator’s brand documents. The operator is responsible for reviewing and adjusting those documents to ensure replies do not violate any law, platform policy, or third party’s rights.
• Inbound message senders and commenters may request deletion of their content from the Service’s storage by following the Data Deletion Instructions.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator accepts that scheduled posts may fail to publish (Meta API outage, expired tokens, media format errors) and that auto-replies may be delayed or skipped due to rate limits or moderation gates.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service’s author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate use at any time. On termination, all stored access tokens are revoked and stored data may be deleted on request.
